RETURN POLICY
- WITHDRAWAL: RETURN POLICY
For the exercise of this right, the Customer must send an e-mail to the e-mail address info@bumpedpro.es, within fourteen (14) business days of the date of delivery, in which he/she expresses his decision to withdraw from the purchase made and, consequently, to return the Product.
Once the above communication has been sent, and up to fourteen (14) calendar days the following calendar days, the Customer must send the product to return to the address Calle Calderón de la Barca, 7 41720 Los Palacios and Villafranca (Sevilla) Spain, being the direct costs related to the return assumed by the Customer.
The Product must be un opened and in perfect condition. Including accessories, documentation and original packaging. Once the goods have been received, and after checking the condition of the goods, the refund of the amount will be made.
Under the Consumers and Users Act, exceptions to the right of withdrawal that may mainly apply in the case of Products are recalled: (i) the supply of goods that may deteriorate or expire rapidly, and (ii) the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene and which have been unsealed after delivery.
- RESPONSIBILITIES AND WARRANTIES
The Registered User or Customer shall be responsible for:
- All those acts that contravene the provisions of these GCC, the law, morality, generally accepted customs and public order.
- Any act you perform differently from what JOSÉ CARLOS MAYO MORENO, through the Online Store, designates in your indications or instructions about the operation and use of the Products.
- Your use of the products purchased, exonerating JOSÉ CARLOS MAYO MORENO from liability arising from any damage that could cause any correct or incorrect use of the Products.
- The certainty, accuracy, validity and timeliness of the data with which you fill out each of the forms that JOSÉ CARLOS MAYO MORENO requires.
- Direct or indirect damages caused to him by any third party if the Registered User or Customer lost, disclosed, neglected or, in any way, left for reasons attributable to him, that a third party knew his personal data necessary for the purchase of the Products.
- Damages of any kind that JOSÉ CARLOS MAYO MORENO may suffer as a result of non-compliance with any of the obligations to which it is subject by these GCC.
In no case will JOSÉ CARLOS MAYO MORENO be responding to:
- Damages of any kind that could be caused to users by the interruption, termination or dysfunction of the Online Store, for reasons not attributable to JOSÉ CARLOS MAYO MORENO.
- The misuse, installation or processing of the Products carried out by the Customer or by a third party, not following the instructions and documentation provided by JOSÉ CARLOS MAYO MORENO and/ or with the Product.
The Warranty Conditions applicable to the Products are governed in accordance with the provisions of the Consumers and Users Act, and in case of warranties greater than those required, as indicated in each case.
- CUSTOMER SERVICE
JOSÉ CARLOS MAYO MORENO offers a customer service electronically at the info@bumpedpro.es to which the User can contact any incident that arises in the online contracting process.
- APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
The General Conditions will be governed by the common Spanish legislation, which will apply to the provisions of the same in terms of interpretation, validity and execution.
For any dispute that may arise in the interpretation and application of these General Conditions, both JOSÉ CARLOS MAYO MORENO and the Users or Clients, they expressly submit to the Jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Seville waiing their own jurisdiction if any.
- RETURN EXPENSES
If the shipment of the order that the customer wants to return was free of charge, the customer will be charged the shipment of the order (3.95 euros).
If the shipment of the order that the customer wants to return was borne by the customer, they will not be charged shipping costs at the expense of Bumped Pro.
The customer can return the order by his own means, upon acceptance of this method of return by us.

- In case of return of products such as boxing bags, supports and heavy material, the amount to be deducted will depend on the volume and weight of the product that in this case is: bags of 20 to 40 kg 20 euros for each shipment, bags of more than 40 kg 30 euros for each shipment, punching based on 40 euros for each shipment and bags 20 euros for each shipment.
- In case of defective product or error on our part, the return and forwarding costs will be borne by Bumped Pro, except in the case of having added additional items to the new shipment.
For the return of the product, the customer must contact our customer service either by email or phone.
Returns of goods will not be accepted without prior written permission.
Once the return is authorized, the material must be sent to the address provided to the customer by Bumped Pro. - In returns of orders from the Canary Islands, all customs processing, shipping price and shipping taxes will be borne by the customer.

In case of sending a defective product or other than that requested by the customer Bumped Pro will take care of the shipment of the correct material without any additional charge.
The refund of the money will only be sent once the product to be returned has been received and verified that it is in perfect condition and with its original labels and packaging, using the same method used to pay for the order by the customer.
To make a change, a withdrawal form, the model of which can be found at the end of this document, must be filled out.
Changes:
The customer may request the change of the product necessarily within a maximum period of fourteen (14) working days from receipt.
The product must be returned in its original packaging and labeled, without having been used and being borne by the customer the exchange costs, which are detailed in the following points, except in defective products, where the original packaging will not be required.
Change fees: A shipment and pick-up (7.90 euros) will be charged for shipments to the peninsula.
For change of products from outside the peninsula, the customer will send us on their own the products to be exchanged and will be charged a new shipment that will depend on their final destination (Baleares or Canary Islands).
The products for your change will only be shipped once you have received the product to be changed and verified that it is in perfect condition and with its original labels and packaging.
